Evolver builds ARIA, the AI platform enterprises use to run finance, tax, compliance, talent, and operations. This is Evolver run on ARIA: 9 companies, 8 countries, and 114 people, every entity and filing operated with the same technology we ship to clients.

How ARIA runs Evolver

A manifold used to operate the business of the future.

ARIA works like a team of world-class domain experts with the speed and scale of AI. Every one of those specialisms has a job inside this hub.

Talent

ARIA sets the offer

Before an offer goes out, ARIA reads what Evolver pays for the same title and department, the band for the country, and the regional market, then lands on an opening number, a target, and a ceiling. The recruiter talks it through in plain language.

Operations

A hire becomes a person in one click

Candidates flow in from Greenhouse, move through the pipeline, and on hire are written straight into the roster with their team, manager, start date, and onboarding steps. No re-keying, no second spreadsheet.

Compliance

Every filing on one calendar

Nine companies in eight countries each carry their own registrations, directors, and statutory filings. The hub keeps the deadlines, the records checklist, and the documents against each entity, so nothing depends on memory.

Tax and finance

Entities, accounts, insurance, vendors

Tax IDs, bank accounts, insurance policies, and vendor contracts sit against the legal entity they belong to. The same structure ARIA maps for clients, applied to Evolver's own books.

People

Performance, judged by the right criteria

Reviews and performance plans use different criteria for engineers, customer success, sales, tax, and operations. Policies, employee files, and time off live beside them.

Technology

One record, no copies

Every hub reads and writes the same shared record. Change a manager, close a role, or add a filing and everyone sees it at once, with the people who did it accountable for it.

Why we run this way

A smart business is one that uses its own product.

Evolver was founded in 2024 to evolve enterprise intelligence. The quickest proof is a company of our size operating in 8 countries without the back office that usually takes.

  1. 1

    Built on what we sell

ARIA is the platform Evolver takes to clients across finance, tax, compliance, talent, and operations. Running the company on it is the first and hardest customer.

  2. 2

    Specialists, at AI speed

ARIA works like a team of domain experts with the pace and reach of AI. Here it drafts the offer, flags the exposure, and keeps the record straight, so a small team runs a multi-country company.

  3. 3

    People decide

ARIA prepares the number, the deadline, the draft. A named person approves it. Every change in the hub carries who made it and when.

Access

By invitation only.

The hub holds registration numbers, directors, bank details, pay, and reporting lines. Only people an administrator has added can see it, and each role sees only what it needs.

  1. 01

    An administrator adds you

They enter your name and work email and pick your role: administrator, all access, recruiter, or hiring manager. The role decides which hubs you see and whether you can change anything.

  2. 02

    You receive an access code

A one-time code, handed to you directly. The hub never sends it by email, so nothing sensitive sits in an inbox.

  3. 03

    You sign in

Use your email and the code. You stay signed in on that device for 30 days, and an administrator can revoke access at any time.
